To maintain eBranch security CFCU monitors for unusual activity on
your account. The enrollment process requires you to provide information
- answering three challenge questions and choosing a picture. Once
enrolled, you add a layer of protection to your account, and no further
action is necessary. If any unusual activity or access attempts are
detected, we will ask you to verify your identity using the challenge questions
